No of shuttles. Center Shower in one out of two bathrooms was not working. Receptionist took 20 minutes to process check-in and gave me the keys which were not working for one of the rooms. Unlike other places the breakfast was not having any kinds of soups. Awsome service with early check in at 11 am and late checkout at 3 pm, reasonable breakfast, clean nice beds twin queen beds with room view to Haram, best for value at the time I booked during busy weekend.

Alhamdulillah, this was my first umrah and definitely first time in the holy city of Mecca. We were in a group of seven and we were greeted with warm welcome at the entrance after approximately 2 hours journey from Jeddah due to heavy traffic. We had one hiccup which 1 of three rooms booked from Agoda wasn’t in their system. We checked in to the two rooms first. I was slightly uneasy as I was still ihram but patience was all I have. At first, I was instructed by the check in staff to go to one of their department to deal with this one particular Agoda booking.
In my opinion it wasn’t my job running around their department to solve this problem. After a while he agreed he will deal with this problem. Anyway, we got the third room that we paid for. I am thankful for that. Other than that, the hotel is really close to Masjidil Haram, it is connected to for me at least a very sufficient mall complete with food court on top level and supermarket on the lower ground level.
Wifi is free and quick. Staffs in general were all good, patience and welcoming. I wouldn’t mind staying again. Excellent location, just a few minutes away from Haram. Didn’t opt for breakfast so can’t comment on food quality. A friend told me that the Stars given to the hotels here are managed by Government, so no point cribbing about if this is a 4 star or 5 star!
